1 Bulk of Kale
4 Celery stalks
1 Cucumber
2 Granny smith apples
½ Lemon
1 1-inch piece of Ginger root (thumb sized)
NOTE: The cucumber is a big contributer to the juice volume, a small cucumber means much less juice.
